Bilingual Service Coordinator-3Rd Shift

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish Service Coordinator to oversee HR duties for our temporary associates in Ruther Glen, VA!

Must be flexible with shift times and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Onsite Coordinator assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
• Check in New Starts at client site.
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Onsite Coordinators review and update HR information system records
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

​Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience require min. 1 year.
• Previous experience as an Onsite Coordinator or Recruiter.
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
