- Recent experience managing multiple internal/external events simultaneously for a large, multi-national organization, managing full cycle from end-to-end.
- Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and an excellent ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems, scheduling courses and running attendance reports using Microsoft Office skills.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
- Managing all Instructor-led training (ILT) program logistics, including scheduling, communications, learner invites and reminders for both in-person/classroom and remote (e.g. Webex) modalities.
- Forward-looking schedule management of both internal and external trainers, facilitators and subject-matter-experts in accordance with program prioritization direction.
- Managing class capacity and registration using learning/course (LMS) management platforms.
- Updating Enablement Wiki pages and Newsletters (e.g. HTML emails) to reflect an accurate, forward-looking training calendar.
- Governing, updating and preparing master training content – both slide and print formats.
- Being a point of contact for learners regarding program-related questions – referring and escalating as necessary.
- Sending, collecting and iterating post-training event surveys as well as consolidating results into regular reporting formats and cadences.
You will play a key role in managing multiple stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure a seamless training experience for both the learners and instructors. You will bring strong problem-solving skills and an excellent ability to work under pressure while managing the logistics of a number of training events simultaneously. You will take ownership of both remote and in-person (VILT and ILT) training events, including coordinating and scheduling internal and external subject-matter experts and trainers. You will innovate and simplify communication and enrolment as appropriate to maximize awareness and attendance.
