Office Coordinator
Zan’s Refuse Service, Inc. has been servicing the Richmond community for over 75 years. We are the only locally owned and operated waste collection service in the area. We offer dumpster rental services and weekly waste removal services for single-family homes, full communities, Homeowner Associations (HOAs), apartment complexes, condos, townhouses, and businesses.

The Office Coordinator serves as back up to the Office Manager and as one of the primary points of contact for employees working in the field and to customers on all matters pertaining to the day-to-day operations of the company.
Successful candidates must be able to think quickly on their feet, be able to multitask and manage multiple assignments at one time, as well as being able to work in MS Office and Google Suites. Candidate must also have excellent attention to detail while delivering quality customer service. Time management and punctuality are also key components of the position.
Applicant must be able to demonstrate prior work experience where they showed office management, attention to detail, MS Office/Google Suite, multitasking, and customer service phone skills. References will be checked.
Job responsibilities will include:
· Answering multi-line phones
· Handling general administrative duties
· Making remote payment deposits
· Scanning secure documents
· Upkeep of shared supplies and files
· Handling customer service phone calls
· Managing office supplies and inventory
· Handling of incoming and outgoing written correspondence
· Overseeing office equipment and technology needs
· Supporting onboarding and training processes for future employees
· Handling special projects as assigned
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and/or Google Suite. Candidates must be punctual, outgoing, friendly, trustworthy, and able to produce professional references upon request.
*This person must be able to multitask, be comfortable answering a multiline phone system and have computer skills to a high level of efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.84 - $22.68 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
