Client Focus is a leading provider of appointment scheduling services, partnering closely with State Farm Insurance Agents to ensure their clients have a clear understanding of their policies and feel protected. We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Bilingual Account Manager. You will play a vital role as a virtual team member in scheduling insurance review appointments and delivering exceptional service to policyholders. This is a full-time remote position available exclusively for residents of Arizona.

Requirements:

· Full-time availability, working 40-hour weeks.

o Cannot miss any time during the first 14 days.

· Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace free from distractions for the duration of your 8-hour shift.

· Must be able to make phone calls for 6 to 8 hours a day.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision and high levels of accountability

· High School degree or GED required.

· Reliable internet connection with upload speeds of 5+ Mbps and download speeds of 10+ Mbps.

· Must be a full point of contact for customers and provide A level customer service.

Schedule:

· Initial 5-6 week training period: 8 AM – 4:30 PM.

· 8-hour shifts available between 7 AM – 7 PM, dependent on workload.

· 30-minute paid break available daily.

· 1-hour unpaid break available daily.

Job Duties: MUST READ!!

· Manage a workload of 20-25 State Farm agents.

· Make 150-200+ outbound calls per day to clients, scheduling insurance reviews.

· Confirm appointments the business day before via call or text.

· Re-schedule any missed or cancelled appointments.

· Conduct monthly check-ins with agents via call or email to review results.

· Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines to ensure quality and accuracy.
