Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the role of Amazon Account Manager/Marketer. This position is ideal for a candidate who possesses exceptional client communication skills, excels at project on-time management, and is data-driven with a knack for deriving meaningful insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and growth of multiple Amazon Seller accounts, ensuring optimal performance and strategic account management. This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in both Korean and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Multiple Amazon Seller Accounts:
- Oversee daily operations and performance to ensure optimal results.
- Develop and implement strategies for account growth and improvement.
- Sales and Promotion Planning:
- Create and execute plans to increase sales and market presence.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Client Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients.
- Provide regular reports on account performance and strategic recommendations.
- Amazon Advertising Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to increase product visibility.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
- Optimization of Product Detail Pages and Improved Rankings:
- Enhance product listings with optimized descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to improve product rankings.
- Effective Inventory Management and Efficient Order Processing:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Resolve inventory issues promptly to maintain seamless order processing.
- Appropriate Handling of Customer Reviews and Feedback:
- Address customer reviews and feedback positively and constructively.
- Implement improvements based on customer insights.
- Team Leadership:
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills with both internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Amazon seller accounts successfully.
- Deep understanding of the Amazon platform, including expertise in advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Korean and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with product page optimization, Amazon SEO strategies, and inventory management.
- Experience in sales and promotional strategy planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Information:
- Working Hours: 5 days a week (in-person), with hybrid options available under special circumstances (no remote).
