Objectives for this role:
- As the Operations Manager you will be building and managing our cleaning team, including hiring and training.
- You will be the point of contact with our janitorial clients regarding all service-related topics.
- Prior managerial experience in the janitorial sector is greatly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning staff at client sites to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Manage workforce to ensure continuous delivery of service.
- Hiring and training of cleaning staff.
- Management of supplies at client sites.
- Procurement of cleaning equipment and supplies necessary to deliver cleaning service.
- Design cleaning program at new clients.
- Continuous improvement of cleaning procedures and products.
- Respond to any customer inquiries and take action as soon as possible.
- Assist in the management of construction cleanup projects as needed.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills.
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
