Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for all aspects of running production with 40+ associates.
• Assign tasks to team members
• Supervise team members to ensure the tasks are being completed on time and in a safe manor.
• Evaluate team members performance and provide training when needed.
• Learn to operate the equipment in order to provide proper training & coaching.
• Preform quality checks
• Remain on production floor during the shift
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
