General Duties and Responsibilities:
The Supervisors will assist the Project Manager with managing the workflow, and individual crew members at the contract location.
- Responsible for inspecting and quality control of all employee assignments during assigned shift.
- Responsible for assisting Project Manager with employee safety training,
- Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control of supplies and materials needed for the cleaning program.
- Responsible for managing employees effectively during shift and that all work is being performed to client and company standards.
- Report to the Project Manager any employee relation issues or performance issues that you become aware of on your shift.
- Complete shift paperwork, including inspections, spill logs, radio logs, etc.
- Hands on 'working supervisor' position.
Schedule:
Friday to Tuesday 2:30pm-11:00pm
