Bilingual Content Specialist-Spanish/English

 Compensation Range: $60,000 - $65,000 Based on experience

Installed Building Products (IBP) is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Bilingual Internal Content Specialist We are an installation contractor with over 10,000 employees at 220 locations across the lower 48 U.S. states. Job Overview:

 The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will create engaging digital content for IBP’s internal communication channels both in spanish and english as well as support some social media content creation. Applicant should be resourceful and creative with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time. They will also have excellent communications skills and ability to incorporate business needs and brand voice into engaging digital content. Candidate should also have strong understanding of social media trends and best practices. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging content for internal communication channels including an app, and digital signage
• Research, conceptualize and produce content in various formats including videos, images, infographics and text
• Work with Communications and Community Relations manager to execute on communications strategy and objectives
• Implement content ideas for campaigns through collaboration across departments
• Comfort appearing as company representative in employee facing communications
• Ability to effectively communicate business communications in a relatable tone/style
• Contribute to IBP Social Media strategy and execution as needed

Qualifications: 

• Must be bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications, digital marketing or similar
• Excellent verbal, writing and copy-editing skills
• Knowledge of video editing software
• Detail oriented and organized
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Must be able to take quality photo and videos with phone
• Must possess an interpersonal style that enables effective relationships with peers and senior executives
