Job Title:Bilingual Call Center Representative- Multifamily ($18/ hour + Benefits & Commissions)

As a Call Center Representative specializing in multifamily housing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents and property management teams. Your primary focus will be on handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Engagement:
- Answer incoming calls from prospective residents promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about available units, leasing options, and property amenities.
- Assist with the application process, including scheduling property tours and explaining leasing terms.
Lease Administration:
- Assist prospective residents with lease-related questions, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of application-related interactions.
Community Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the multifamily community's features, amenities, and policies.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to prospective residents.
Collaboration with Property Management:
- Work closely with property management teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Relay relevant prospective resident feedback and concerns to the appropriate departments.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build positive relationships with prospective residents to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve the prospective resident experience.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of prospective resident interactions and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
- Previous customer service/ sales experience, preferably inbound Call Center experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of leasing processes and property management practices.
- Ability to handle confidential resident information with discretion.
- Proficiency in relevant software and databases.
Working Conditions:
- Typically operates in an office environment.
- May require flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
