Call Center Representative - Bilingual English/Arabic

Solis Mammography is proud to be one of the largest and fastest growing women’s healthcare companies in the nation. We’re hiring for English/ Arabic speaking Contact Center Agents in Fort Worth and will be hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, April 17th.

Schedule:

· Great Hours – Shifts will fall between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays and will be confirmed at time of offer.

Highlights of the responsibilities for a Patient Access Representative include:

· Functions as the first point of contact for the patient and referring physicians

· Handles routine customer interactions and exhibits proficient customer service, effective listening, and empathy. Communication channels may include phone, email, or chat

· De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, by offering assistance and support

· Schedules patients and offers alternative scheduling options when centers dates/times are not available

· Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators including but are not limited to average handle time, quality, attendance, and schedule adherence

Qualifications:

· Bilingual English/ Arabic

· Contact center and healthcare experience preferred

· Minimum of one year's experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented employment required

· Scheduling experience preferred

· Types at least 30 - 40 wpm and strong computer skills

· Strong verbal communication and listening skills

· Must be able to multi-task with various computer programs/applications

· Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work for this on-site role
