Bilingual Weekend Call Center Representative

McCormick Law Firm is seeking Spanish Bilingual Weekend Call Center Representatives to support day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing business. The schedule is Friday - Monday in 10 hour shifts of 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch break. Applicants should be prepared to display critical thinking and attention to detail in a high volume, fast paced environment. While law firm and/ or personal injury knowledge is preferred, it is not required.

Duties include:

• Answer an average of 75 phone calls per day
• Answer potential new client calls and gather intake details to transfer to the appropriate employee
• Answer existing client calls and direct them to the appropriate employee
• Respond to internet and phone inquiries using our provided scripts
• Complete lead list provided by management daily
• Communicate efficiently with the Call Center Manager and Intake Manager

Compensation is hourly beginning at $15 per hour and increases based on the experience level of the candidate.
