McCormick Law Firm is seeking Spanish Bilingual Call Center Representatives to support day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing business. Applicants should be prepared to display critical thinking and attention to detail in a high volume, fast paced environment. While law firm and/ or personal injury knowledge is preferred, it is not required.
Duties include:
- Answer an average of 75 phone calls per day
- Answer potential new client calls and gather intake details to transfer to the appropriate employee
- Answer existing client calls and direct them to the appropriate employee
- Respond to internet and phone inquiries using our provided scripts
- Complete lead list provided by management daily
- Communicate efficiently with the Call Center Manager and Intake Manager
Compensation is hourly beginning at $15 per hour and increases based on the experience level of the candidate.
