SalaryAn In office non remote Customer Service Representative in our organization is the primary liaison between patients, and physicians to obtain home medical equipment while utilizing and understand their insurance benefits. This position is primarily responsible for obtaining necessary demographic information, appropriate physician orders, and medical documentation to qualify and process equipment needs under a variety of insurance benefits. We are looking for a bilingual individual with medical terminology, and insurance knowledge.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
