We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to be responsible for offering and coordinating various trainings to individuals within Intercept Health's residential and community based services.
This position is responsible for facilitating trainings to Intercept Health staff including but not limited to Ukeru Systems, Crisis Wave, and CPR/First Aid. They will assume ownership of Intercept Health's training program, developing and coordinating training that produce a high level of staff engagement and that ensure continuous staff improvement and professional development. The Training Coordinator will develop and coordinate agency-wide training, supporting a variety or training objectives including, but not limited to, Manager Training, Residential Training Institute, COA Training Requirements, and monthly professional development opportunities.
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in a related human services field is preferred. Prior hands-on training experience is required. Current certification in one or more of the following programs preferred: Ukeru Systems, Crisis Wave, CPR/First Aid, Trauma Informed Care, other trainings relevant to the Behavioral Health field. Those with previous experience in direct care or the mental/Behavioral Health field are encouraged to apply!
