SalaryThis is an exciting full or part time opportunity to work at our state of the art ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) center in Bangor, ME.
- Pay is up to $22/hr.
- BHP certification preferred, however we offer training to become a BHP
- Receive $500 upon completing paid training AND a pay increase upon obtaining the RBT (registered behavior technician) certification

We are seeking patient and dedicated BHPs or those with experience working with children with autism to partner with our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs). This role involves working with kids from 2-6 years old with developmental disabilities in our new center.
This is a clinical skill building & behavior modification program for children with disabilities using evidence-based practices of Applied Behavioral Analysis to improve social skills, communication, increase independence with daily living skills and to safely regulate behavior. Our BCBA's partner with BHPs to teach and support them in learning the skills to make sure our clients and their families are successful.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Certification: Full BHP certification highly preferred, ed techs welcome to apply; we will provide BHP training, must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavioral Technician certification (RBT)- we offer paid training! Must obtain Full BHP certification
- Experience: One year or more of experience with children with autism referred, relevant experience considered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
