Office Assistant
We have been a busy and successful contractor in the Sandusky area for over 20 years. We have gained and maintain this success because we work to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and advancement.
We are looking for someone who is willing and interested in continually learning and improving themselves, who can maintain a positive attitude while working hard at a fast pace and who values meeting deadlines and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients.
Skill Set & Experience Needed
Excellent customer service skills
Scheduling skills
Administrative Support
Ability to type 35+ wpm.
Professional Development with a minimum of 2 experiences a year.
All Microsoft Office Applications- 2 year minimum (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Personable, friendly, and courteous to the needs of others
Ability to maintain a professional attitude & calm nature under high stress & conflicts.
Organizational skills
Problem solving skills.
Willingness & Interest to continually learn and grow both professionally & personally.
