As a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP), you will have the opportunity to provide Behavioral Health services to children with IDD. This position may require some travel within the area as needed. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can collaborate with people at all levels, including staff, families, and other caregivers. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as good verbal/written communication skills and the ability or willingness to learn new techniques through training, education, and professional development, are required.

- Supporting children to achieve their individualized goals.
- Assisting children with community integration and learning to find and utilize supports.
- Supporting children in their independent strengths, ideas and attributes.
- Assisting children to learn life skills and independence within their homes and communities.
- Maintaining health and safety while adhering to Living Innovations policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
- Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
- Certifications will vary per state regulation and program needs.
