The Recruiting Specialist will report to the Senior Manager of Human Resources, and perform duties related to the staffing and recruitment of qualified personnel for open budgeted positions.

Perform sourcing activities including database mining, internet job boards, employee
referrals, third party staffing partnerships, and networking.

Conduct and facilitate candidate interviews in an effort to support hiring managers
on making good hiring decisions.

Actively working to develop effective relationships with hiring managers.

Responsible for accurate and timely applicant tracking and recruiting metrics.

Proactively seek and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by the

Qualifications for Position:
A. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management,
or related study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
B. Experience
1. 4-6 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience.
2. 4-6 years experience sourcing and interviewing candidates for positions in
Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain, and high-tech Manufacturing.
3. Experience working with applicant tracking systems and database mining.
C. Competencies & Attributes
