The Client Care Service Coordinator will ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. To utilize superb communication skills and professionalism to perform follow-up calls and receive inbound service calls for Park Place Dealership clients.
- Receive inbound client calls for service related issues
- Facilitate specific appointments for the service advisors
- Dispatch Park Place Roadside Assistance/Tow Service
- Perform outbound service campaign calls
- Follow detailed scripts for inbound/outbound calling
- Confirm all scheduled appointments
- Follow up on 100% of “no show” client appointments
- Maintain defined service levels
- Understand and implement the Park Place Client Care Service Process.
- Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
- Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements
- Attend weekly department meetings
- High School Diploma or GED; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales License where required.
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
