SalaryDuncan Plumbing is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional Customer Service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. Paid training is provided. The regular schedule is 10 AM - 6 PM or 11 -7.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any issues
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, and updating account information
- Resolving customer complaints or escalating issues to the appropriate department
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information and call notes in the database
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish or other languages are a plus)
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
