Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Chat Customer Service for our oil field equipment supply company, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and facilitating order processing.
Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiries:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about the company's range of oil field equipment, products, and services.
- Address inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and order status.
Order Processing:
- Assist customers in placing orders and ensuring accurate entry of order details into the system.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate timely order fulfillment.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues related to orders, deliveries, and product performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
- Comfortable in a computer-based environment with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.70 - $27.52 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
