A Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in home, school, or community settings.

Behavior Analyst positions are available in areas including but not limited to... Orange, Seminole, and Lake County. If you are passionate about working with children and adults diagnosed with Autism, Down Syndrome, and/or related disorders and committed to ABA excellence, then this is the job for you!

• Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document various behavior challenges.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
• Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
• Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans.
• Complete monthly/quarterly/annual behavioral summaries for the individuals on your assigned caseload.
• Provide staff training/proficiency monitoring as needed and in compliance with APD regulations.
• Adhere to all client and agency requirements as set by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
• · Supervise and train ABA Therapists.

REQUIREMENTS

· Current and maintain BCBA/ BCaBA certificate (on file)

· Reliable means of transportation and a valid Florida Driver’s License (on file)

· Obtain and maintain current professional liability insurance

· Pass a criminal background check

· Maintain CPR certification (every 2 years)

· Maintain HIPAA compliance training (annual)

Job Type: Contract

Job Schedule: Full-Time/Part-Time

Salary:

$BCaBA- $40-$45 / per hour based on experience

BCBA- $55-$60 / per hour based on experience
