OurMarietta, GA location seeks a Full-Time Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our dynamic and growing team. We're aiming to identify an experienced, school-based, Behavior Analyst to support our district contracts, in addition to some telehealth clients.

About the Opportunity
What's a Clinical Director?
A Clinical Director guides and supervises the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities in response to physician recommendations in home, school, and/ or other natural settings. You provide training, leadership, and mentorship to a team of program supervisors.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provides clinical support and training to an assigned team of Clinical Leaders by leading weekly 1:1 meetings and clinical training
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses
  • Develop behavior support and intervention plans
  • Updating programs and observing data through Central Reach
  • Conducts regular home or community visits based on the clinical needs of the individualized programs
  • Attends client team meetings every two months
  • Provides caregiver training on the implementation of individualized Treatment Plans and Behavioral Support Plans

About You
Requirements & Qualifications
  • BCBA
  • 2+ years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting
  • Knowledgeable of methodologies found to benefit children with autism spectrum disorders, including Applied Behavioral Analysis ("ABA"), Early Start Denver Model ("ESDM"), Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication-Handicapped Children ("TEACCH"), Picture Exchange Communication System ("PECS") and Pivotal Response Training ("PRT")
  • Ability to travel to and work in multiple program service areas
  • Reliable transportation is required, for drivers proof of valid driver license, current auto insurance identification card, and acceptable driving record per NIAC standards is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual is a plus
