We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Representative to join our team. You will provide product/services information and resolve any problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Will provide product training and since we work as a team, you will always have a group to consult with.
Responsibilities:
· Contribute in managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customers’ requests for quotes and/or orders
· Learning the product line and company program with thorough training
· Once trained, will process orders and quotes
· Daily filing
· Administrative help for other departments as needed
Requirements:
· Pleasant phone manner
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· Work well with a team, as well as individually
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
