Job Description
Underdue Social Services, Inc. established in 2004, is a private company providing outpatient community-based mental health services to families. These individuals and the families may be struggling with the impact of a severely emotionally disturbed, or mentally ill, youth; exposure to environmental factors hindering their success; or experiencing a temporary set back. Underdue Social Services’ ultimate goal is to provide customer-friendly mental health interventions that allow these families and individuals to succeed at their highest ability.
POSITION:
Qualifications
Licensed in Georgia at the ASSOCIATE level (i.e., APC, AMFT, MSW, Post-doctoral Psychologist candidate) or FULLY-LICENSED.
Preferred to have at least 1 year of experience at the Associate level.
Committed to the USS OnSite schools as a primary practice site for at least two years.
Focused interest in and experience working with children and/or adolescents.
Compensation
Our compensation model considers the therapist a stakeholder. Each therapist is paid a base pay for their time in the school as well as a percentage of client fees collected for services provided in the office.
Therapists are expected to offer 32 available hours each week between the schools and office locations in order to reach an expected client load of about 22 - 25 client hours per week
Associate-level therapists are provided with weekly supervision for licensure at no cost

Pay: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour

Georgia License/Certification:
Associate (APC, AMFT, LMSW) or Full Licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in GA (Required)
Work Location: Atlanta Public Schools, Community, and Office in Henry County
Certifications/Other:
· CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred
· Applicants must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen, in accordance with local law/regulations
Certifications in evidence-based practice models preferred
Pay Rate determined by education and experience.
