To excel in the role of a Full Time BCBA at RISE UP FOR AUTISM, candidates must possess essential skills to lead and support a team dedicated to providing quality care for children with Autism. Successful candidates should also be able to handle short intervals of running, as some clients may exhibit elopement behaviors. Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite is necessary for documentation and data analysis tasks.
