Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA therapy, extensive clinical experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities, and a commitment to delivering compassionate and effective interventions. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing supervision and training to staff, collaborating with families and other professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care across settings.
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy, and integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing or working towards sitting for the exam.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong clinical skills, including conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Experience providing supervision and training to behavior technicians or other staff preferred.
