```Duties``` - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Clean and maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies and replenishing inventory - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Adhere to all company policies and procedures ```Skills``` - Brewing: Knowledge of different types of beers, wines, and cocktails - Aloha POS: Experience using Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling - Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction - Banquet: Experience in bartending for banquets or large events - Food industry: Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices in a bar or restaurant setting - Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain food safety standards - Math: Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory - Cash register: Proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system for processing payments Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
