**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes
- Prepare and serve limited menu
- Bar Inventory
- Operate cash registers and accept payments for drinks
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Maintain a clean work area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience with cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Ability to work banquet events and cater to large groups
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
