Eritage Resort is hiring! We are looking for a couple of dedicated, friendly and service oriented Bartender/Servers to join our team!

· Experience in a previous high volume restaurant
· Food/Wine/Beverage knowledge
· Ability to work flexible schedules when necessary to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Promote exemplary guest service standards through prompt, efficient and friendly service.
- Efficiently takes drink orders and enters in POS system and handles payment methods appropriately.
- Prepares food and drink orders and promptly delivers order to guest.
- Must be able to mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks as requested.
- Responsible for pouring and mixing alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
- Maintains a neat and clean station on continual basis.
- Ensures that alcoholic beverages are being served in a responsible manner.
- Report any health standards or safety needs immediately to Supervisor.
- Keep Supervisor apprised of operational concerns including recipes, inventory, and supply needs.
- Maintain daily pour cost, inventory and cleanliness of work area.
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods.
- Washes and stocks glassware and utensils.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory laws, codes, and department procedures.
- Promote internal guest service standards with courteous and respectful behavior with co-workers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
