The Brass Tacks
- Serves food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established standards of Abeja
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Sets up tables with such as flatware, glassware, silverware, menus, and napkins
- Assembles and maintains food and beverage areas, such as bar, appetizer, and bussing stations
- Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages
- Ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
- Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage menu and offerings
- Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized
- Open availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor summer weather
- Previous experience as server in a similar restaurant environment
- Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Must have State Food Handler's License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)
