Niles Peacock Kitchen & Bar is an award-winning craft cocktail bar & restaurant looking for hospitality professionals with open availability to join our family. Starting wage is $18 /hr plus tips, a combined average of between $25- $40/hr+.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and understands that the purpose of hospitality is to help guests have a better day. This is a dual bartending and serving position as part of a team where everyone supports each other, and a perfect fit for anyone looking to grow within the industry. We are looking for someone with strong spirits knowledge and an ability to quickly and efficiently make drinks while also engaging with our bar guests and communicating with teammates. This person must be available to work a combined schedule of weekday nights and weekend brunch( Saturdays and Sundays) totaling 3-5 shifts per week.

General requirements for all staff

• WA State Department of Health Food Worker Card (also called a Food Handler Permit)
• WA State Class 12 mixology permit
• Physical ability to walk & stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Complying with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies required by WA Department of Health
• Upholding professional standards, including punctuality, clean attire, attentive service, and a friendly and engaging attitude
