Bartender/Server

Bonfire is looking for a part-time, experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender to provide incredible quality service to our guests. We are looking for an engaging and experienced Bartender to provide attentive and friendly service to our bar patrons. You must have working knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and liquor, and the know-how to mix a variety of specialty craft beverages. We expect our bartenders to engage with our customers while ensuring the best standard of service.

3+ years of experience working as a bartender

Must have current TABC certification and TX Food Handlers Certificate

Must be able to lift 20-pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent memory, strong work ethic, knack for leadership

Inform customers of specials and menu changes

Make recommendations you genuinely feel your customers will enjoy

Answer questions regarding food/drink preparation, taste, and ingredients, knowledge of possible allergens in ingredient lists.

Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment

Maintain clean service areas

Monitor and observe customers' dining experience. Ensure customers are satisfied with the food and service.

Respond promptly and courteously to any requests

Prepare final bill, present check to customer, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable)

Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers and support staff as situations arise

Works well on a team

Demonstrates integrity in decision making.

Loves to make work fun

Take beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested

Mix drinks using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits & following recipes

Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers

Monitor patrons for alcohol intake to appropriate levels

Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons

Slice, pit, and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
