SalaryYacht StarShip Dining Cruises & Events operates Florida's largest and premier fleet of dining and wedding yachts out of Clearwater Marina and Tampa Channelside. Our dining cruises consist of lunch and dinner, private events, corporate functions, social gatherings, beautiful weddings and much more.
We are currently hiring for someone who is an experienced bartender as well as server. Looking for someone who is flexible and can be scheduled for either type of shift.
Priority will be given to applicants with experience in fine dining and/or a high volume restaurant. Wedding, banquet and convention experience very desirable!
Must be energetic, have a great attitude and work ethic. Our yachts are 2-3 stories each.
Open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is necessary.

Priority will be given to applicants with at least 1 year CURRENT server or bartending experience in fine dining and/or a high volume restaurant. Must be able to carry a tray and service multiple tables at once.
Sailings include brunch and dinner cruises, private events and lots of weddings. Table service depends on the event and ranges from seated service, where guests are ordering from menu, to buffets and cocktail style.
Open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is necessary in the hospitality industry.

Our servers are paid a base rate of $8.98/hour and with tips are averaging up to $40/hour!
