We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Open for dinner : Wednesday to Sunday

Closed : Mondays & Tuesdays

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance to company recipes & standards.

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Willingness & ability to work 'service-bar' (preparing drinks for table service)

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication

- Provide high-quality dining style service to guests having dinner at the bar

- Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

- Set-up & Break-down the bar area in accordance to company policy

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender

- Strong knowledge of common drink recipes & classic cocktails

- Growing knowledge of wines & varietals

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
