As a Production Helper, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the continual running of machines and equipment, while also adhering to workplace safety, food safety and product quality guidelines.

- The bakery operates 24 hours, 6 days a week including every Saturday and Sunday. You must be flexible with your shift availability until either placed on an open job/shift once qualified or when seniority grants a preferred shift. We pay shift premiums, including daily & weekly time and a half!

Shift and Schedule:
- Must be able to work 6 days/week & 10 hour shifts
- Must be able to work every Saturday & Sunday
- Must be able to work most holidays
- Must be flexible to work any shift, as employees schedule could change on a week to week basis
Physical
- Repetitive lifting/stacking up to 25lbs overhead, pushing/pulling heavy pan carts, lifting 50 lbs of ingredients, and other physical labor as needed
- Must be able to work in hot or cold conditions as some areas of the plant can be hotter than others, especially in the Summer
Other
- All candidates must successfully pass pre-employment steps including background check and drug screen
- All new hires are placed on a 60 day probationary period - performance, attitude, and attendance are evaluated. Attendance during this 60 day window is MANDATORY
