- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including food production, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure that all bakery products meet quality and food safety standards.
- Create and update menus, taking into consideration customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.
- Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following sanitation guidelines and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop strategies for increasing bakery sales and attracting new customers.

- Previous experience in food service or kitchen management is required.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, including baking, pastry making, and dessert preparation.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for handling and storing food products.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
