Role: Kitchen Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a fully-stocked kitchen inventory
- Ensure freshness of ingredients and control food costs
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Improve overall kitchen efficiency
- Order supplies and equipment, working closely with vendors
- Store food products safely
- Document operational procedures
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Manage a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in fast-casual restaurant management or kitchen management
- Proven experience in planning menus and ordering ingredients
- Strong knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Must have a Food Handler Protection Certificate
