Overview
Springbone Kitchen is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join our Culinary Team! As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering program ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction as well as earning new clients. If you have a passion for healthy & delectable food, hospitality and strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
This position involves a high volume and solid execution of the catering program. The position also serves as a voice at the table to help evolve our catering program. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are extremely important. Ability to lead a small team of catering production team members is essential.

There is a bonus associated with this position. The role will be eligible for up to 1% of catering net sales!
This position reports directly to the Director of Culinary Operations. In this role you will execute on the following:

- Catering Reporting/ Statistics
- Manage the production schedules, ordering, inventory and shrink
- Training & development of new catering team members
Requirements
- NY DOH Food Handling Certificate
- Minimum 5+ years previous Catering & Culinary experience in a high volume, lead catering role.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong experience in catering sales.
- Strong communicator and customer service skills.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers (Microsoft & Google products, various IOS Apps), POS and technology.
