We are inviting applications for the role of AVP, Analytics Engagement Manager
This role is of an Engagement Manager who would be required to interface with senior client stakeholders in a day-to-day basis as well as coordinate with India based team run and deliver on key client initiatives and project requirements. The candidate would also be expected to provide thought leadership in the area of digital analytics and data science especially WRT inside generation.
Responsibilities:
Lead Advanced Analytics and Data services engagement for the media and hospitality client. Play the role of a thought leader and Lead Solution Architect to define the next generation Analytic solutions for various marketing & optimizations Own the client relationships specific to the engagement Provide leadership and mentor junior consultants in the engagement team Collaborate in creating partnerships models to further growth aspirations for Genpact Providing thought leadership and evangelize offerings internally in Genpact and externally to clients Liaising with client project stakeholders, project owners and Genpact teams for successful execution of various Advance Analytics and Data engineering projects Single point of contact for all delivery related activities across a global account Monitor and improve account-wide delivery execution, reporting, and communication standards Provide ongoing mentoring and career management to team members to help develop domain knowledge, technical and project delivery skills, leadership skills, etc.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
Relevant years' experience of progressive experience in Consulting, Project management and Client engagement space
Having managed operations across onshore and offshore teams
Having worked as an onshore Engagement Manager role in similar companies with a onshore-offshore model
Ability to interact at the VP and Senior Manager levels in client organizations
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / or a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Math, Economics
Hands on experience on the following
o Advanced Analytics - R,SAS, Python with various modeling techniques
o Digital marketing, Omni channel etc.
o Data Visualization tools like Qlikview, Tableau etc.
Hands on analytical skills to build tell your data driven stories to clients.
Experience in Project Management tools - Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello boards
Proposal and SOWs writing
Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsData Science / Advanced Analytics Graduate degree is preferred

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
