Receive 300+ unique leads a month and make $120-150k+ a year! Palm Beach Mitsubishi is looking for motivated, high performing BDC Managers/Finance Managers/Sales Managers and Salespeople who have a desire to learn. You will handle the deal from start to finish, and get compensated on both Sales and F&I profit. Your job is to contact customers with high volume, high quality reachouts, build rapport, close the deal, and ensure a smooth delivery of the vehicle.

The right candidate is a top performing Sales Manager, no matter the industry - auto experience not required. For those in the auto industry, the right candidate is a top performing BDC Manager, Sales Manager/Salesperson, or Finance Manager . Those who excel at our dealership are hungry, willing to learn a new process/tactics, and the determination to overcome objections.
Responsibilities:
- Respond with high quality tailored reachouts and follow up with significant lead volumes per month (300-400+ leads) over call, text, and e-mail, in addition to in person walk ins
- Demonstrate the vehicle to customers both in person and via the internet & overcome customer objections to close deals
- Submit deals to banks and get callbacks, present F&I Menus and sell products
- Work with a Sales & Finance Director to ensure all stipulations are collected for a loan and the proper documents are sent to the customer for signature
Qualifications:
- Must be a high performing BDC Manager or Finance Manager or Sales Manager / Representative at a current auto dealership, or a top performing Sales Manager in any industry
- Flexible schedule – weekend and evening hours required – Alternate between working 5 and 6 days a week
- Excellent communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
