We are looking for a Parts Manager to join our team, offering competitive pay with unlimited earning potential and a great work environment. As the Parts Manager, you will oversee parts employees, ordering, inventory, and all in-store and wholesale purchases. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the parts department of the dealership
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management of Automotive Parts
- Coordinate with the service department to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
- Monitor and track parts orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that arise
- Implement and maintain an effective order management system for parts
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain management and logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries and resolving any customer concerns
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and service procedures
- Experience working in a dealership or Automotive Parts environment
- Proficient in data entry and utilizing computer systems for order management (CDK)
- Familiarity with procurement management processes, including negotiating with suppliers
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding inventory levels and supplier management
