Job Description: The Service Manager oversees all day-to-day service operations and is responsible for managing the business.
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain customer satisfaction, answers customers’ inquiries, and resolves situations.
· Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
· Communicates job expectations and manages staff.
· Accomplishes human asset resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
· Plan, monitor, appraise, and review performance contributions of staff.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
· Analyze variance and initiates corrective actions.
· Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results.
· Promote service department through marketing campaigns and programs.
· Participate in department in meeting(s) and perform miscellaneous tasks, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

- Automotive service: 3 years (Required)
