We are looking for someone who has the drive, initiative, and ability to plan and implement automated testing for ECI's Machine Intelligence (IOT) products. ECI's Machine Intelligence offering Alora is tightly integrated with several ERP solutions to provide real-time monitoring of machine, operator, and material productivity. The Test Automation Engineer will have a significant impact on ECI's ERP solutions and the experience we can offer our customers. This position can be based in one of our ECI office locations or remote with the United States.
Your Future Job:

• Join a growing team focused on maintaining the quality and integrity of ECI's Machine Intelligence and IOT software.
• Make an impact by working across teams and with customers to implement customer and internal test cases into automated testing tools.
• Help make sure builds are released, tested, and provided to ECI's customers on time by maintaining a large suite of automated test cases that are run against each release.
• Develop and implement new test cases for our automated testing suite by exploring our software and leveraging the testing tool's capabilities.
• Integrate yourself with all aspects of the software by testing the latest enhancements and software versions before they are released internally and to customers.
• Learn all areas of the software. Our quality team tests everything from Production and Inventory Control, Ordering and Accounting, Logistics and Operations, Server Applications and Hardware, Network Security and System Administration.
• You will truly make a difference in the success of ECI's Machine Intelligence and ERP customers and applications - working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment.

To Land the Job You'll Need:

• 5 years + year of software quality testing or 2+ years of automated software quality testing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Be able identify potential issues within the software.
• The ability to write and follow step by step instructions.
• API testing experience
• SQL experience
• Ability to build and configure hardware/software test environments
• Superb communication and deductive reasoning.
• Direct experience with Internet of Things (IOT) testing
• Experience testing manufacturing solutions
