We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our ABS Tag & Title team. Auto Title Processor prepares legal documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles and verifies accuracy.
This position interacts daily with clients and state jurisdictional agencies which requires attention to detail, accurate data entry, proper handling of titles, ability to handle large volumes of paperwork ensuring all required documents meet the customer service level agreements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle titles, registrations, renewals, and state transfers accurately
- Providing high-quality, responsive and courteous customer service with prompt responses to e-mails, phone calls and in-person inquiries
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and all work products
- Corrects state rejections and other title or registration problems and research to find resolutions
- Develop professional relationships with DMV, state agencies, and customers
- Prepares shipping labels and package
- Performs weekly follow-up with DMV or state agencies
- Excellent Internal and external customers service
- Prompt communicating with client or jurisdiction
- Keep current on applicable laws
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to use standard office equipment (computer, keyboard, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone)
- Maintains alphanumeric filing system
- Basic computer proficiency and efficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment under pressure; meet time sensitive deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment or independently
- Previous tag and title experience (Preferred)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (required)
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of previous office experience
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment while maintaining accuracy
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds at times.
