Job Description
The Sales Clerk will report to the Business Development Manager and will provide administrative support for the Sales Department. This position is vital to maintaining orderly business operations. The Sales Clerk must be organized and comfortable performing in a fast-paced work environment. All assigned tasks are geared towards acquiring new customers and maintaining our current customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Answer phones
- Schedule and attend meetings
- Provide superior customer service via phone, email, and written correspondence to current and prospective customers
- Process incoming mail
- Accurately document transactions received in the Sales Department according to company guidelines
- Provide information to prospective customers as directed
- Communicate with all departments as directed
- Communicate basic requirements for transactions to customers as directed
- Become knowledgeable about state requirements for transactions
- Perform research as directed
- Assist with company marketing efforts as directed

Schedule
- Flexible scheduling options
