Responsibilities for Attorney Recruiting Specialist:
- Plan and attend Summer Associate events
- Oversee summer associate onboarding and departure processes
- Track summer associate reviews and evaluations
- Coordinate Summer Associate Advisor Program and assignments
- Manage OCI registration process
- Coordinate LL.M. interview program and London lateral hiring
- Plan recruiting and 1L events and panels both on and off-campus
- Prepare materials for on-campus interviews, schedule call back interviews and second visits
Qualifications for Attorney Recruiting Specialist:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years legal recruiting experience working in a Law Firm
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-player
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing tight deadlines
- A high energy level and have a professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
