Troy Animal Hospital is looking for a part-time Pet Care Attendant for weekend shifts to help us provide the best care for pets staying at our hospital. Our fun-loving team is committed to delivering the highest quality care to our clients and patients. We are looking for someone who loves animals, enjoys being part of a team, and has experience working with animals.
Knowledge of routine animal care such as feeding, walking, and bathing, as well as the readiness to care for scared or injured animals, are some of the skills we are looking for with this opportunity. If you are organized, quick on your feet, and have a love for caring for animals, then a Pet Care Attendant position at Troy Animal Hospital may be the position for you! Additional key skills that we are looking for in a Pet Care Attendant include:
- Cleaning dog runs/cages and cat cages
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kennel area
- Observe animal behavior/health conditions and report changes to the technicians or doctors
- Keep accurate records and logs
