JOB SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Director functions as the strategic business leader of the beverage/culinary operations of a space which includes a restaurant, lobby bar, cafe, cocktail lounge, outdoor beer garden and rooftop indoor/outdoor bar with expansive terrace.. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures the Food and Beverage/culinary operation meets target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. Position will be responsible for overseeing 350+ employees. Develops and implements venue-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees and provides a return on investment.
EXPERIENCE
- 10 years experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
- 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Luxury Brands preferred - other considered
- Multi-unit, multi-concept background

You should be a self-starter, independent, able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively as an individual contributor. Your job is to make everybody's jobs easier, better and more fulfilling. Must be respectable, have great desire and energy.
